Scope
These terms of sale apply to purchases made on the Jelymax online store. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products
Product photos and descriptions are provided for information. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where indicated.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you complete checkout and payment is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or force majeure.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered (for example card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.
Shipping
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping policy. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s delivery confirmation unless otherwise required by law.
Returns & withdrawal
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund policy and Right of withdrawal.
Warranty & liability
We stand behind product quality as described. Except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
