Right of withdrawal
How to cancel a distance purchase within the legal cooling-off period.
Your right
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, where applicable law provides for it.
How to withdraw
Before the deadline, inform us clearly of your decision by emailing contact@jelymax.com with your order number. You may use a free-form statement; a formal template is not required.
Returning the product
After notifying us, return the product without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, following the instructions we send you. You are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or the law says we must cover them.
Refund
We refund the price paid for the returned product (and delivery costs where required by law) using the same payment method, after we receive the goods or proof of shipment — whichever is earlier as required by applicable rules.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, or other exceptions provided by law.
