Processing
Orders are typically prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery times
- Standard delivery — usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
- Remote or island addresses may take longer
Estimated windows are indicative, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Free shipping
When a free-shipping offer is active on the site, it applies under the conditions shown at checkout (destination and order total may apply).
Tracking
Once your parcel ships, you receive a tracking number by email. You can also use Track your order on our site.
Customs & duties
For international deliveries, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Issues with delivery
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan at contact@jelymax.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.
